Aamer Ahmed serves as the Chief Experience Officer for Tampa General Health System in Florida. Previously, Aamer has led Patient Experience at Brown University Health, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Froedtert Health. He has an extensive background in innovative patient experience improvement methods, espousing lean six sigma and human-centered design thinking methodology. Aamer has led the development and execution of patient experience strategy at Brown Health, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Froedtert, fostering a service culture on the pillars of the community, patient and employee experiences.
