Enterprise Director, Office of Patient Experience UK HealthCare

Amberlee Fay, MHA, CPXP, is the Enterprise Director of the Office of Patient Experience at UK HealthCare, where she leads system-wide strategies to enhance patient and employee engagement. With more than a decade of experience, Amberlee has held progressive leadership roles across healthcare organizations focused on experience, culture, and organizational well-being. She began her career in 2012 at UK HealthCare as an Employee Engagement Manager and later joined the University of Kentucky as Engagement and Work Life Director in 2017. In 2019, she returned to UK HealthCare as a Senior Patient Experience Manager and was promoted to her current role in March 2020. Amberlee holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, both from the University of Kentucky. She is also a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), a credential she earned from the Patient Experience Institute in 2022.
