Apurva Vora is the Vice President of Client Solutions & Capabilities at HGS.  He is a Six sigma Blackbelt & Project Management professional with more than 16 years of experience in managing Business Transformation, Analytics, Automation, Digital Solutions, Transaction & Support Quality, Client Operations, Business Excellence, Transitions & consulting. He has worked with multiple domains including Healthcare, Utilities, Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Technology & Security Solutions, Travel & Hospitality media & Retail/ Internet Properties.

His current role involves designing intelligent approach/methodology of delivering transformational solutions for clients to focus on delivering value enabled services and technological advancement practices. 

Apurva joined HGS in 2012 and has headed Business Excellence and Business Transformation services in the Philippines and US, focusing on Analytics as a Service, Interaction Analytics, Process Optimization & Cost Containment, Real Time and Robotic Process Automation, along with Omni-Channel and Multi-Channel service offerings. Prior to joining HGS, he managed Business Transformation Service at Sutherland Global Services. Prior to Sutherland, he held progressively responsible positions at EXL Services including managing the Delivery Support & Business Process Engineering Center of Excellence for a utility client.
