Brandi Jaco is a Director of Patient Experience at CHRISTUS Health. She has been with CHRISTUS for over 3 years, where she started teaching leadership/associate development and engagement before transitioning to her current role. Prior to that, Brandi spent 13 years with the State of Texas- Department of Family and Protective Services. She held several titles, from Foster/Adoption Caseworker to Leader, ending her tenure guiding the way in a start-up Performance Improvement Division. For the past 6 years, her professional passion has been focused on using data and feedback to learn and improve outcomes for the most vulnerable, whether at-risk youth and elderly, or patients in a healthcare setting. Brandi is married with 3 sons at home, who keep her busy with all their sports, dirt bikes, and outdoor activities.
