Bryanna Gallaway

Bryanna Gallaway serves as Sutter Health’s Senior Director of Experience of Care, guiding systemwide efforts to design more connected, compassionate and responsive experiences for patients, families and care teams. With more than two decades in healthcare experience design, patient engagement and product innovation, she brings a distinctive blend of human-centered design, operational insight and collaborative leadership to her work. Before stepping into her current role, Bryanna served as a Senior XM Product Scientist at Qualtrics and previously led Patient & Family Engagement for Sutter Health—roles that strengthened her commitment to elevating voices, removing friction points and shaping experiences that build trust across the care journey.
