With almost three decades of career dedication, Christina (Christie) Musser is known among her colleagues for her passion and leadership in healthcare. She has been with St. Luke’s University Health network for over 14 years and in her current role as Sr. Director of Patient Experience and Virtual Care, she partners with clinical leadership to develop and grow the network strategy around patient experience and digital health. She has a unique blend of education and experience ranging from coding, billing and compliance to operations, strategy and consulting. Christie is an agent of change and dot connecter; spearheading quality, process, and patient experience initiatives across multiple healthcare settings. Her ongoing career goal is to advance patient centered care through building collaborating relationships, supporting care redesign with technology, and inspiring excellence. Christie holds a Bachelor’s in Health Management from Southern Illinois University, and more recently completed her Master’s in Health Administration from Colorado State University. She has shared insights at multiple conferences including Becker’s Annual Conference, Press Ganey Annual Conference, and CX Exchange for Healthcare.
