Courtney Meyers has a background in Leadership, Organization Development, and Training. She has a passion for helping organizations build a strong culture through hiring, training, and leadership development. In addition to corporate work experience, her background is supported by a B.S. in Psychology from Austin Peay State University, Graduate Certificate in Organization Development and Training, a Masters in Leadership and Strategic Change from the University of Denver, and coursework towards a PhD. in Human and Organizational Learning at The George Washington University. Courtney has worked in the contact center industry since 2012, serving in roles in nearly every area of the business with various executive roles at Omni Interactions starting in 2018. Prior to working in the contact center industry, Courtney served as a Combat Medic in the Army, with 12 months in Ramadi, Iraq.
