Associate Vice President, Penn Medicine Experience Penn Medicine

Craig Loundas is the associate vice president for the Penn Medicine Experience at Penn Medicine.  He is responsible for leader and staff development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives impacting the patient experience for the Penn Medicine system of six hospitals and over 500 ambulatory practice sites with 41,000+ faculty and staff and $7 Billion in revenue.   He earned a Ph.D., in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University.  He also serves as an adjunct faculty member for Drexel and Widener Universities, teaching organizational development, healthcare leadership and change management.
