Dawn Robbins is the System Associate Vice President for Baptist Health System, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dawn was an Advisor and national speaker at Press Ganey. Dawn has 25 years of healthcare experience, primarily in patient experience, medical practice management and physician relations, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. In her current role, Dawn provides strategic oversight for patient and guest experiences across Baptist Health’s 400 points of care, including nine hospitals and a network of outpatient diagnostic and surgery centers, physician practices, urgent care clinics and home care services spanning four states.
