DeAnn Yoder, BSN, RN, PMP currently serves as the Project Lead Manager for the Michigan Medicine Office of Patient Experience. The role supports department leadership by managing a wide variety of patient experience and health system wide projects focused on access, research, professionalism, collaboration, and communication. DeAnn started her career as a medical surgical nurse transitioning into the business end of health care after 16 years at the bedside. She has had experience in pulmonary care, medical missions, education, quality improvement, and program management before joining patient experience. Her roles as a clinician, educator, and project manager drive her desire to ensure all have access to safe, quality, and compassionate medical care. Outside of work you will find her volunteering, hanging out in the mountains, or seeking adventure.
