Dennis Lamb

Dennis joined Texas Tech Physicians in February 2001, and has been very instrumental in positioning Texas Tech Physicians as a top performing academic medical practice. Under his leadership, Texas Tech Physicians has achieved higher national rankings in patient satisfaction than previously experienced. As a healthcare executive, Dennis works with other organizations across the country to assist in their performance and management efforts, but most importantly, to continue his learning and development.

Dennis is consistently recognized for his leadership skills and involvement in both personal and professional development. He has been honored with organizational and institutional awards, validating his commitment to leading people to realizing and obtaining their full potential. His ability to influence others is accentuated by his character, personality and humor. These characteristics not only compliment his leadership style, but are the foundation of it.

Prior to healthcare administration, Dennis got his “professional” feet wet in the education world serving as a teacher and coach where he learned working with people was his true calling.  He has also spent time in the agriculture industry as a business owner.  

He lives in Lubbock, Texas with his wife of 32 years.  Together they are the proud parents of 3 children (generation ones) and 3 generation twos!
