Heather Todd

As the Patient Education Manager for RUSH University Medical Center, Heather builds organizational awareness of health literacy and its significant impact on outcomes. Heather oversees the development, production, and implementation of patient education content, leveraging technology across the continuum of care. She also serves as a Health Care Education Association board member and patient experience consultant. Heather received her BSN and MSN from RUSH University College of Nursing.
