Herb Quinde

Herb Quinde is Mazik Global, Inc.’s Corporate Development Officer. Mazik Global is a healthcare software technology consultancy. Herb’s primary duties are advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies and medical manufacturers in developing digital transformation strategies focused on end-to-end Patient Experience. Prior to joining Mazik Global, Herb was the Microsoft Public Sector Director for the Business Applications division an early evangelist for holistic integrated CRM and ERP platform solutions for healthcare.  He was Chief of IT Policy and Planning for the State of Illinois where he led teams to prepare for the expansion of Medicaid and implementing the Affordable Care Act. Prior to his public service, Herb was a software and telecommunications executive at several companies as a partner to both the IBM and Microsoft eco-systems.  He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and Latin America directing transnational technology modernization projects for corporate and government clients.
