Jeff Hendrix

Jeff Hendrix is the Regional Director of Patient Experience for Sacred Heart Health System, Ascension.  He has responsibility for associate and patient and family experience for four hospitals and one medical group.  Jeff’s journey into healthcare is different than most.  He does not have a clinical or hospital administration background.  Instead, Jeff had critically ill children who spent countless days in the hospital.  These experiences and Jeff’s passion to make the experience better for patients and families led him to this career.  The perspective and insights that he brings are invaluable.
