Jennifer Baron is NRC Health’s first Chief Experience Officer. In her 30+ years in the healthcare industry, she has developed a passion for elevating insights and ideas that drive human centered experiences for patients, families, and clinicians. Her previous healthcare leadership roles include Chief Experience Officer at UC Davis Health and Executive Director, Experience Design at Indiana University Health. Jennifer holds a degree in communications from Ball State University and is a Certified Patient Experience Professional. Jennifer loves books, movies, and music of most genres. She enjoys spending time playing pickleball, hiking, and exploring unfamiliar places with family and friends. She lives in California with her husband, sons, and two feline fur babies.
