Casey Arends MHA, CPXP

Casey completed his undergraduate degree in industrial engineering at The University of Iowa. He began his career in manufacturing at Andersen Windows leading process improvement activities. After over seven years at Andersen, and in the final year of his M.B.A. from St. Thomas, Casey became interested in applying lean concepts to healthcare. He began working in process improvement at M Health Fairview in 2015 and then found his dream job in 2020 leading customer experience. Customer experience has been a rewarding blend of his passions for people and process.
