Julie Gerdeman

Julie brings an inspiring passion and results-driven approach to a severely challenged healthcare payments industry.  Recognized as a thought-leader on technology and payments, Julie has excelled in leadership positions within SAP, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, and now as the CEO of HealthPay24®.

Julie currently leads HealthPay24’s corporate strategy, product innovation, and customer experience including successful expansion into new provider markets. With a constant focus on patient experience, Julie guides HealthPay24's solution roadmap to help providers meet growing patient demands for an exceptional payment experience.

Prior to HealthPay24, Julie held several roles at SAP Ariba including Chief of Staff to the President, Head of Digital Transformation and GM of Global Payments.  Before that, Julie held various leadership positions in sales, marketing and customer success at JP Morgan and American Express.

A graduate of Dartmouth College, Julie is a frequent speaker on women in leadership, patient experience, healthcare trust & transparency, and diversity & inclusion.  An avid reader, hiker and passionate Philadelphia sports fan, Julie currently resides in Chester Springs, PA with her family.
