Kalli Hannam

As Senior Account Manager, Kalli focuses on designing and implementing state-of-the-art patient experience programs. She provides guidance on technical setup, advises on implementation best practices, and leverages a team of highly skilled research and technical resources to ensure programs are set up for success. Having previously worked on SMG’s research team, Kalli creates PX programs that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Kalli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
