Ken Leonczyk is the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Orion Health, bringing over 20 years of experience as a thought leader in healthcare strategy. He advises healthcare executives on growth, partnerships, value-based care, and performance management, while regularly facilitating board retreats and executive strategy sessions. Ken has worked with top health systems and Fortune 100 healthcare organizations and counseled health plan executives on operations, Medicare Advantage growth, and health equity. A former attorney and public servant, he holds a JD from Yale Law School.
