Kevin Kaldjian

Director of Ambulatory Operations Improvement Keck Medicine of USC

Kevin Kaldjian received his BA in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and then continued his education and received a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from USC in 2010. Kevin is the Director of Ambulatory Operations Improvement at Keck Medicine of USC. His work experience and professional career development has resulted in extensive experience in healthcare operations and process improvement. He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has a passion for Human Centered Design, a methodology that focuses on the human and not only the process. In his current role, the department of Ambulatory Operations Improvement has worked on several initiatives to improve patient access, address provider burnout and improve the experience for staff, providers and patients. As technology continues to evolve his team has been on the forefront of partnering with leading vendors to design an enhanced experience for patients and providers. 

Kevin is also serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at USC’s Sol Price School of Policy Planning, where he teaches various performance improvement classes throughout the year. When he is not the office, he enjoys golfing, boating and woodworking.
