Leslie Ridall, DO, is a pediatric critical care physician and Associate Professor of Clinical Practice at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She serves as the inaugural Medical Director of Patient-Family Experience at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where she leads efforts to strengthen communication, connection, and partnership among patients, families, and healthcare teams. Drawing on her experiences as a physician, patient, and mother of a child who required intensive care, Dr. Ridall brings a deeply personal perspective to the work of improving healthcare experiences. She is passionate about helping clinicians reconnect with meaning in their work and understand how small moments of empathy, presence, and communication can profoundly shape the way patients and families experience care.
