Lisa Schiller

Lisa Schiller, MS, CPXP, has been in healthcare for over 20 years. She is the Director, in the Office of Patient Experience at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and is accountable for all aspects of Patient Experience and Service Excellence programs; Grievance Management and Training, VIP/Concierge program, and Volunteer Resource Department. Oversees all aspects of program operations and financial performance. 

Lisa began her career at the New York foundling hospital and moved to Los Angeles in 1993 to be closer to family and the beach. Lisa worked at various hospitals including Kaiser Permanente and City of Hope. Lisa attended Ithaca college and Columbia University. She is married and has 3 teenage daughters.
