Liz leads a team of five to support the 400 + practices in the Medical Group Division to improve patient experiences and meet provider, practice and care division goals. She’s responsible for Atrium’s online transparency initiative for patient reviews. She has successfully implemented Atrium’s new survey tool, Medallia, in 30 Urgent Care locations. She also coaches care providers and practice managers on how to deliver an excellent experience, and is responsible for identifying data trends, creating and maintaining experience scorecards, reporting and data sharing.
