Meredith has been working in Patient Experience for close to fifteen years. In 2024, Meredith stepped into the role of Director of Patient Experience at RWJUH Rahway, part of the Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health system. Meredith is passionate about the link between patient experience, and employee experience. She wants every patient who walks through the hospital doors to feel like a VIP. Similarly, she works hard to ensure that all hospital team members feel heard, respected, and engaged. Meredith received a Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of Richmond (Virginia) in Leadership Studies and Communications. She is CPXP certified, and recently completed a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Management. She lives in Red Bank, NJ with her four children.
