Nicole Caputo

Nicole Caputo is UCHealth’s Vice President of Experience and Innovation. She is responsible for leading a team with the sole mission to build a sense of purpose and passion for working with people and the technologies that, together, deliver extraordinary, human-centered experiences. She also serves as a liaison to the UCHealth CARE Innovation Center as a subject matter expert for end user experience.

Nicole has worked for UCHealth for over 19 years. Before this current role in experience innovation, her journey has included roles in health research and communication, marketing research, non-profit development, and digital marketing strategy.
