Nicole is the Director of Women’s Services at Gwinnett Medical Center with responsibility for the NICU, Labor and Delivery, High Risk Pregnancy Unit and Maternal Infant Unit including childbirth education and lactation services.
Nicole graduated from Emory University school of Nursing with her bachelor of science in nursing degree, has received her master of science in nursing degree and is currently working on her doctorate of nursing practice. With twenty three years of experience in Women’s Health, her roles have included L&D Nurse, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor and nursing administration.
Nicole was a Nurse Director Fellow of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and an active member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nursing as well as Sigma Theta Tau International, and the Honor Society of Nursing. Nicole has a passion for the care of the pregnant mother and newborn and loves that the work she does every day has an impact on the health and outcomes for the mothers and babies of the community. She has demonstrated proven practice management skills and organizational strengths to drive results in patient safety and satisfaction creating a positive patient experience.
