Pam Guler MHA, FACHE

Pam Guler is Vice President, Chief Experience Officer, for AdventHealth, a 52-hospital faith-based health system with over 90,000 team members located in 9 states. Pam provides strategic mentorship to leadership teams throughout the organization on the best principles and practices for delivering exceptional consumer and patient experience. She leads experience efforts for the system, and collaborates closely with clinical, strategy, human resources, chaplaincy, marketing/brand, and IT digital in the consumer strategy. In recent years, Pam was instrumental in the strategy development and continued evolution of a core set of consumer promises, or commitments that AdventHealth makes to those they serve, and led the creation and entrenchment of a system wide foundation of service standards for all team members in her organization via a comprehensive on-going cultural initiative…The Whole Care Experience. Pam focuses broadly on the AdventHealth Experience, serving as a key leader in AdventHealth’s Vision 2030 for consumer centricity. Her span of responsibility includes driving solutioning around consumer friction points, activation and change management for consumer-focused initiatives, as well as an emphasis on culture, process, learning and performance improvement for patient and consumer experience. Pam has more than 30 years’ experience with a varied background in healthcare and other service industries. She serves as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, on the Beryl Institute Patient Experience Advisory Board, and has been listed annually in the Becker's Healthcare top CXOs to know. Pam has her masters in healthcare administration, is certified in both patient experience and design thinking, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
