12:10 PM Keynote: Want to Become a Patient Experience Superhero? - It All Starts with the Utility Belt

At the Cleveland Clinic, I understand that although not all superheroes wear capes, they do need a well-stocked utility belt. I focus on the innovative tools we utilize to make our patient experience "leap tall buildings in a single bound."

The objective of the presentation is to provide the audience with useful and actionable tips they need to improve patient experience in a fun, creative, and memorable fashion. The presentation will utilize clever superhero quotes and powers to educate my peers at other hospitals on some of the successful processes used across the Cleveland Clinic enterprise.
