Peggy Greco, Ph.D., is Assistant Vice President, Chief Patient Experience Officer for Nemours Children’s Health, which includes 85 care locations in five states. Dr. Greco has served as a clinician, researcher, and healthcare administrator during her more than thirty-five years in healthcare. Dr. Greco is most excited with her work within Patient Experience, which has focused on the development of innovative strategic approaches and comprehensive interventions designed to fully engage medical providers, staff, patients, and their families in the process of improving the health care experience and fully achieving health equity.
