Rhonda Joyner, MS, MBA, CPXP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries, including health care, education, information technology, business, and manufacturing. Rhonda currently serves as the Director of Patient Experience at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she leads initiatives to improve patient and employee experiences across nearly 600 health centers nationwide by using quantitative and qualitative data to translate opportunities into transformational experiences. She incorporates health and race equity, inclusion, and belonging in their strategic plans and process improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care and compassion in health care services.
