Robin Huffman currently serves as the Director of Patient Experience for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, part of the University of Cincinnati Health (UC Health) system, in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, Robin is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to improve patient experience results across the UC Health enterprise, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities, patient experience, and other system-wide goals. Prior to her role at UCMC, Robin has held a variety of leadership positions, including roles in healthcare consulting, process improvement, health information management, training & education, and patient & family experience. Believing the patient is the center of everything we do in healthcare, Robin is passionate about her work and in helping organizations transform care and operations to a more patient-centered focused approach. Robin earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Kentucky. Robin is recognized as a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) by the Beryl Institute, is certified in both LEAN and Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) process improvement methodologies and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
