Director, Patient Experience Providence

Sarah Larsen is a dynamic leader with 10 years of healthcare experience dedicated to the development, growth, and alignment of diverse teams, to serving our community, and improving health care for all. As the Director of Patient Experience for the Providence Humboldt ministries, she is passionate about building relationships, improving processes, delivering outcomes, and cultivating positive experiences for our patients, providers, and workforce members. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Humboldt State University, and Certificate of Completion from the Providence Mission Leadership Institute in 2023 and now co-leads the Humboldt program cohort.
