Stela is the Director of Patient Experience for Banner Health. She has been working to support and lead patient experience focused projects for more than 20 years at the hospital, clinic and now corporate level. Some of her key successes and favorite projects include standardizing the patient complaint process, developing resident physician workshops, onboarding new leaders to the patient experience, implementing digital rounding and her current focus to infuse more compassion into the organization’s culture.
