Susan Kretz

Susan Kretz is the Manager of Point of Care testing at Alverno Laboratories, overseeing the near-patient laboratory testing at over 25 hospitals.  Her role provides support for physicians, nurses, and laboratory leadership and works closely with point of care vendors to provide the best quality in results for patients.  Susan has over 15 years of laboratory experience as a Medical Technologist.  

Susan’s most recent role is chairperson of the Customer Experience Committee.  As chairperson, she executes ideas of the committee members to improve on not only patient experience but also the laboratory experience of clients, hospital staff, and employees.    

Susan holds an MBA and MHA from the University of St. Francis Fort Wayne, Indiana and a Biology degree from Ball State University.
