Terrell Williams

Terrell is one of Houston Methodist’s System Patient Experience newest team members. In her current role, she serves as a Project Specialist and is responsible for contributing to the success of various projects related to improving patient experience scores and initiatives involving patient-centered technology. Prior to joining Houston Methodist in March 2023, she worked in Talent Management at another large hospital system and has held a variety of other roles in healthcare over the past 10 years. Terrell recently earned a Master of Science in Applied Biomedical Informatics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She also has a Master of Public Health from Mercer University and she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences from Louisiana State University. Terrell is passionate about utilizing data and technology to solve healthcare related problems and to improve the quality of care for patients. In her free time Terrell enjoys cooking for family and friends, exercising, reading, and traveling.
