Terri Hanlon-Bremer

Terri Hanlon-Bremer, MSN, RN, was named TriHealth’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) in June 2022 after previously serving in the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) of Employer Solutions and Population Health. As TriHealth’s COO, Terri works closely with clinical and administrative leadership teams to continue to elevate operational performance system-wide while helping to drive continued integration and acceleration of TriHealth’s population health strategy. A registered nurse with a master’s degree in Nursing Administration, Terri has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. She started her career in 1987 as a cardiac nurse. She joined TriHealth’s leadership team in 2007 and has been given increasing leadership responsibilities since. Most recently, in her SVP role, she took on responsibility for TriHealth’s population health strategy and also managed its highly successful vaccination program throughout COVID. She has proven herself to be a true trailblazer on TriHealth’s journey to get healthcare right, always providing balanced and thoughtful leadership to ensure the strategies and initiatives can fulfill the Triple Aim Plus One – better care, better health, and better value, plus an enhanced practice and work environment. Terri has a unique ability to manage complex operational and strategic initiatives across our vast delivery system while elevating patient outcomes, team engagement, and customer satisfaction in the process. Terri has won numerous regional and national awards and recognition for her achievements at TriHealth, including Modern Healthcare’s 2022 Top 25 Innovators Award. Terri also contributes her time and leadership skills to several community initiatives that address childhood poverty and literacy, exemplifying her belief in helping children have a strong start to thrive long term.
