Tom Tull, FACHE, is the vice president/chief experience officer at Ballad Health, Johnson City, Tenn. With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Tull has been a member of the Ballad Health team and has served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence. He has also trained for both the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence and the U.S. Senate Productivity and Quality Award for the state of Virginia. Tull is recognized nationally by Becker’s Healthcare as a top CXO to watch and is a fellow of the Advisory Board and the American College of Healthcare Executives.5
