Tracy Picon

Tracy Picon, MBA currently serves as Sr. Director, Health Industry Strategy and Solutions for the US Health & Life Science Industry at Microsoft. 

Tracy primarily focuses on business development and strategies and has a keen understanding of the core challenges and critical business requirements that are impacting the US Health industry.  With over 20 years of experience in the health industry, she is passionate about optimizing business operations and accelerating the use of technology to deliver patient centric care that supports healthcare providers and patients and their families. 

Additionally, Tracy manages a diverse portfolio of health and life science  partners developing solutions using the broad capabilities of Microsoft platforms, products and services to drive innovation in patient experience, care coordination, analytics, population health, AI and IoT.  

She also serves as the US Health and Life Science Industry Accessibility Lead and aims to bring greater awareness to the development and democratization of accessible technology to empower every individual.

Prior to Microsoft, Tracy held several leadership roles in the medical device industry and private practice sectors focused on business development, patient engagement, patient experience programs and market development strategies.
