PX Pioneers: NGPX Rising Rockstars Recognition Ceremony

Raise your glass! We’re pouring the champagne and toasting our nominees for NGPX’s first ever Rising Rockstars Recognition Ceremony. Do you have a team member or client whose passion and efforts to improve patient experience goes above and beyond? Someone who inspires and motivates their colleagues? Someone who exceeds expectations with their empathy, compassion and courage?

Qualified nominees will receive a free pass to attend NGPX and will be recognized on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 for their accomplishments and share some of the amazing work they are doing for the industry.

How to submit:

Would you like to nominate a Rising Rockstar? Email charleen.ring@wbresearch.com with a short paragraph about why you’d like to recognize your nominee plus one PowerPoint slide (to be used at the event) with the nominees photo, title, company and any visuals, fun facts or accomplishments to help showcase your PX Pioneer. (you can see an example below)

Please note - Submissions are on a first come basis and limited to 30 PX Pioneer on-stage recognition spots. To be qualified, nominees must be currently employed by a hospital, health system/healthcare organization. Submissions are open to healthcare practitioners and event sponsors who wish to nominate a customer.

Katie Robbins, MBA is the Director of Patient Experience at Cleveland Clinic. She has 12 years of service at multiple sites, including regional hospitals and enterprise.  She leads a team that has global responsibility for setting and executing patient experience strategies.  She is one of the key architects of Plan of Care Visits, the cornerstone communication effort that brings the patient, nurse, and provider to the bedside daily to discuss tests, treatments, and potential discharge date. She has presented her work at national conferences and is also an author of multiple scientific papers advancing the body of knowledge of patient experience.  She is actively transforming the language of patient experience to include critical elements of high reliability, safety, and quality.  Plus, she is an incredibly fun and positive force of energy who buoys spirits and keeps everyone around her engaged.
