Alexa Osborne

Alexa has served in the healthcare industry for over 13 years. She started in the healthcare IT space partnering with health systems and healthcare organizations be set up for success during the Meaningful Use era. After getting her graduate degree, a Masters in Health Administration, at Virginia Commonwealth University, she served in a one year Administrative Fellowship at Sentara Healthcare where she partnered with and supportive Executives across the organization; she specifically focused on Patient & Consumer Experience, Hospital Operations, and Strategy. She remained in leadership for over eight years with Sentara mainly leading Patient & Consumer Experience efforts both within the Acute and Ambulatory spaces. At large, she has experience working with or in large health systems and health care companies and her specialties include Experience Management, Operations (Acute and Ambulatory), Strategy, and Digital. She and her husband live in Crozet, VA right outside of Charlottesville and have two young boys (4 & 2) and a golden retriever puppy.
