Chief Experience Officer Prime Healthcare

Amy Searls is the Chief Experience Officer for Prime Healthcare, based in Ontario California and one of the largest health systems in the United States. In her role, Amy oversees Prime Healthcare’s ongoing strategy to improve and enhance the patient experience throughout Prime Healthcare’s 51 hospitals and more than 300 outpatient locations in 15 states. Originally from the Chicago area, Amy’s previous roles include Executive Director of Patient Experience at University of Colorado and UCHealth in Aurora Colorado, Cancer Center Liaison and Director of Guest Services, and Director of Service Excellence with Banner Health and Trinity Health, Grand Rapids Michigan. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Amy has helped develop and implement many educational and training programs and resources designed to positively impact the patient and family experience. Her background includes experience and positive results in clinical and non-clinical operations in hospital and ambulatory settings. Amy’s philosophy, emphasizing mission and purpose in what we do in health care, has helped her successfully impact patient’s lives across the United States.
