Worldwide Business Research LLC Terms and Conditions:

Please read the information listed below as each booking is subject to Worldwide Business Research LLC standard terms and conditions.

Payment Terms:

Payment should be received by Worldwide Business Research LLC within 7 days of the invoice date or by expiry of given discount date which ever is the earliest. If payment is not received by the offered discount date the higher price will apply. Any booking made in the 14 days prior to the conference must be paid by credit card.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy:

You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to Worldwide Business Research.

In-Person Event Cancellation

For events outside of the UK and Europe - Any cancellations received in writing not less than eight (8) days prior to the conference, you will receive a 90% credit to be used at another WBR conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by WBR for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within seven (7) days (inclusive) of the conference.

For events within the UK and Europe - Any cancellations received in writing not less than twenty two (22) days prior to the conference, you will receive a 90% credit to be used at another WBR conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by WBR for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within twenty one (21) days (inclusive) of the conference.

Connect Events

For Connect events held in the US - In the event that the delegate named is unable to attend, a cancellation fee equivalent to US $1,499 will be applied. Substitute representatives will be considered to replace the delegate, on or guarantee of equivalent authority and subject to acceptance by the Organizer. Substitutes will only be admitted to the event at the Organizer’s discretion. Attending delegates agree to participate in a minimum of three (3) pre-scheduled one-to-one business meetings arranged through the event website and failure to participate in such on-site meetings may also result in charging the cancellation fee. Attendee must be at a relevant organization at the time of attendance.

Virtual Event PAID Delegate Cancellation

Any cancellations received in writing not less than three (3) days prior to the conference, you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another WBR conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within two (2) days (inclusive) of the conference.

WBR reserves the right to cancel a delegate’s attendance at any time, for any reason. If WBR cancels your attendance, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid.

All Events

WBR has the right to alter, postpone, virtualize, or cancel an event at its sole discretion. In the event that Worldwide Business Research LLC cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Worldwide Business Research LLC event to be mutually agreed with Worldwide Business Research LLC, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation. In the event that Worldwide Business Research LLC postpones or virtualizes an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Worldwide Business Research LLC event to be mutually agreed with Worldwide Business Research LLC, which must occur within one year from the date of postponement. Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. Worldwide Business Research Limited reserves the right to cancel a delegate’s attendance at any time, for any reason. If Worldwide Business Research Limited cancels your attendance, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid. Other than, where Worldwide Business Research Limited cancels your attendance, there are no refunds given under any other circumstances. Worldwide Business Research LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event or the cancellation of your attendance. Worldwide Business Research LLC shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Worldwide Business Research LLC reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

Discounts:

All 'Early Bird' Discounts require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount. Any discounts offered whether by Worldwide Business Research LLC (including team discounts) must also require payment at the time of registration. All discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer

Data Protection:

Your information will be held and used by Worldwide Business Research LLC (“WBR”) to register you for this conference and/or we may contact you by email, phone or post with information about other conference, products and services which we or our associated companies provide. We may also from time to time share your information with other parties in the European Economic Area who may wish to contact you by phone or post in relation to special offers, products and services related to your role within your company. Complimentary Passes Policy (if applicable)

If the event you are registering for advertises complimentary passes, by booking online you agree to WBR charging the “no show” fee displayed on the pricing page or terms and conditions of the website (plus VAT) if you or a nominated replacement fails to attend the main exhibition days of conference (this excludes focus days without exhibition). No charge will be issued for complimentary pass cancellations received in writing more than 8 days before the main two day conference.

Complimentary passes are allocated at the discretion of WBR. Complimentary bookings made online are still subject to verification before final confirmation by WBR of the complimentary pass. If WBR reviews an online complimentary pass registration and considers the company does not fulfil the criteria for the complimentary pass, the complimentary pass can be withdrawn at the discretion of WBR.

US - Connecticut Residents:

A 6.35% sales tax will be added for Connecticut Residents
