Barry is passionate about designing compelling human experiences that drive engagement, loyalty and strong business results. He specializes in customer retention, the application of behavioral science to loyalty strategies, and gamification. He is the originator of The Multi-Loyalty Framework for customer engagement and an evangelizer of the notion that “Consumers are human beings first.” Prior to Maritz, Barry was in senior leadership at Bunchball, a Silicon Valley-based startup focused on digital engagement.
