Dawn Williams

Dawn Williams has a passion for trying new things, exploring ideas and creating positive, memorable experiences that improve the quality of life for members of her community. She marries these passions in her work as the National Director Patient Experience at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. In her role, she’s led initiatives to inspire change through influence and by connecting the people that do the work with the passion that inspired them to do the work in the first place. As a creator, she’s built tools, programs and virtual learning opportunities to empower those closest to the work to innovate for positive change.

She has a Master’s of Business Administration from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of the Arts in Applied Psychology from Franklin University in Ohio. She is also a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), a professional designation offered through the Patient Experience Institute (PXI).
