Dwight McBee, MBA, BSN, RN, CPXP is Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey. Mr. McBee previously served as Executive Vice President, Clinical Health Equity and Chief Experience Officer at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia and Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Temple University Health System. He is a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), and Patient Experience Institute and a Society for Human Resource Management member. He has been awarded many honors for his leadership in patient experience, including The Arnold P. Gold Foundation’s National Humanism in Medicine Medal.
