Hayley has been with Intermountain for 14 years and held various positions that lend to understanding healthcare processes. These include provider billing and coding, behavioral health care coordination and access, residency and provider affiliation, and front-line operations. She has previous experience leading system initiatives for patient safety and organizational culture and has been leading patient experience initiatives for the last 3 years. Her education background is in Human Resources and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Development.
