Jeff Mansfield

Jeff Mansfield is the Voice of Customer Consultant for UC Davis Health. His primary role is to inject the patient perspective into programs under development, highlight experiences patients face in healthcare, and bring the voice of patients into decision making. Activities include managing the patient feedback community, designing and executing surveys, and leading focus groups discussions. Mansfield has over 20 years of experience in market research and competitive strategy development in a variety of industries.
