I have been with Intermountain Health for almost 20 years. I started my career with the organization as a PCT in Med Surg, then went on as an RN in the Emergency Department. I spent several years in Care Management doing Utilization Review and Quality Assurance Management for that team. I began working with Patient Experience in 2021 and love the work we get to do. I believe that Caregiver Experience is the foundation of Patient Experience, and that trust is the cornerstone. I want to celebrate the great work we already do and partner to become even better.
