Jeremiah leads the Customer Experience Function for Fairview Health Services which is focused on deeply understanding the experience of our customers and leveraging their insights to support improvements across the health system. He brings deep experience in improvement science and management system implementation to effectively drive improvement and change locally and at scale. His current work is focused on effective communication, culture change, language access, equal representation of consumer voice in our experience insights, and exploring integration across multiple dimensions of performance (e.g. customer experience, workforce experience, quality, safety, equity, etc.) to gain greater insights and reduce complexity.
Jeremiah grew up in Las Vegas, currently lives in Minneapolis, and spends all the time he can with his wife, Natalie, and daughters, Mila (4) and Nora (1). They can usually be found at the local zoo, park, or riding their bikes around the city. Jeremiah holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Sciences.
