Known for her strategic vision and hands-on approach, she specializes in coaching, healthcare analytics, and process optimization to deliver measurable improvements in patient experience and performance.Since joining Orlando Health in 2020, Krysta has led cross-functional teams in executing high-impact projects that align with strategic goals, enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
As Senior Director of Practice & Patient Care Improvement, Krysta leads system-wide efforts to improve HCAHPS performance and transform care delivery. She applies data-driven strategies and partners with leaders to embed sustainable improvements that elevate patient satisfaction and clinical quality. A passionate advocate for leadership development, Krysta is pursuing a Doctor of Health Administration at the University of North Florida and aims to advance into executive leadership, continuing to shape the future of patient-centered care.
