Lindsey Colangelo

Lindsey Colangelo MSN, RN is currently the Director of Centers for Emergency Medicine at University Hospitals. The University Hospital Health System is comprised of 13 hospitals. In this role, Ms. Colangelo is connected to 12 community based emergency departments. As the director, she helps systemize processes throughout the community to ensure all patients receive high quality care. Prior to her current role, Lindsey held multiple leadership roles at University Hospitals. Lindsey has been a registered nurse for 11 years and has practiced in emergency medicine for 5 years. In her current role, Ms. Colangelo was able to create capacity and surge plans across the community hospitals, create and standardize split care models, as well as pilot a new communication platform, ERAdvisor.
